Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return an item. Certain items are non-returnable, including gift cards and hair care items that have been opened or used.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Please include a receipt or proof of purchase along with your return.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are noticeably defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please contact us at sales@dollylocks.com for further instructions.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, with no exceptions. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final and cannot be returned or refunded.
