Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Please include a receipt or proof of purchase. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item. Certain items are non-returnable, including gift cards, downloadable software products, and personal care items such as opened or used hair care products.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days. In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted, such as for items not in their original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or for items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please contact us at info@dollylocks.com for further instructions.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final and cannot be refunded.
