The Dreadlock Detox™ Kit includes a specially formulated Detox Powder to deep clean and thoroughly cleanse the hair and complete the process. We recommend a deep cleanse of compressed dreadlocks every 3-6 months to remove impurities, buildup, and debris.

A specially formulated blend to deep clean
To Use: Fill a bucket or large receptacle with 2-3 gallons of warm water. Slowly add Detox Powder. Wait for product to fizz and completely dissolve. Submerge and soak dreadlocks for 10-20 minutes, using hands to squeeze out impurities, buildup, and debris. Rinse hair with warm water for at least 5 minutes.
Recommended: Shampoo, rinse, and repeat with Dollylocks Liquid Shampoo.

Detox
This stuff is easier and faster than the DIY way we all probably know to do. I can’t say enough good things about this. After using it my locs felt like almost lighter and airy, very pleasant indeed. The peppermint is tingly and brings an almost medicinal element to the experience , the shampoo it comes with reinforces all that and leave your locs smelling great and soft, but like good soft.
