Please note that due to the nature of our products Dollylocks is unable to accept returns of items purchased, with the exception of damaged and defective goods.

  • Travel sizes are available if you are unsure of a scent
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

Dollylocks Organic Products is proud to offer FREE shipping to customers in the continental U.S. on orders of $100 or more.
This offer is valid only on order that include $100 or more worth of goods (before discount, not including taxes).

  • All orders to a United States shipping address (includes all 50 states plus U.S. Territories) will ship as soon as possible. Please allow at least 2 business days for processing. Orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail or FedEx Express, depending upon the weight of the shipment or shipping option selected.
  • We are not responsible for any shipping delays, damage, loss, or theft. If you believe your package has been stolen, please file a police report and contact the Postmaster General at
  • Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. If you wish to receive your package by a certain date, please contact us at to determine estimated arrival before placing an order.

Damaged/Missing Shipments

If you have received a damaged box or item please email us clear photos at as soon as possible.

If you have not received your package please check the tracking number and contact your local post office for further details.
If your package was marked delivered but you have not received it, and you need further assistance after contacting your post office, you have 7 days from the receipt of the Delivery Confirmation email to contact us.
If your package is not showing tracking updates, please contact us after 14 days but no more than 30 days from the date of your Shipping Confirmation email.

If a package is returned to us due to insufficient address, undeliverable as addressed, or for any other reason, we will refund the cost of the product only. The customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs involved with reshipment if desired.
