U.S. CUSTOMERS:
Last Update: November 10, 2020 - While the majority of domestic shipments are arriving within expected time frames, we continue to see some rare packages taking up to a few weeks to arrive, with few tracking updates available, regardless of service type. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated.

Please keep in mind that delivery times shown at checkout are estimates, and we cannot guarantee any delivery by a specific time.

The USPS is following strategies and measures recommended by public health officials. Please visit the USPS Service Alerts page for the most up-to-date information.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS (OUTSIDE THE USA):
Coronavirus continues to affect global postal operations, which are seeing a high increase in volume in addition to decreased capacity in many cases (due to social distancing, labor shortages, etc). These shipments have previously largely relied on commercial air flights, which are dramatically decreased at this time. 

Until further notice, we are only fulfilling orders within the United States and Canada. Our customers outside of these countries should visit our Retailers page, as there are a number of webshops abroad which carry our products and may be closer to you, potentially resulting in faster shipping times: International stockists

RETAILERS:
Courier services such as Fedex are operating with minimal disruptions in the U.S. and varying disruptions abroad depending upon the country. You can find more information at Fedex Service Alerts. Please contact us to further discuss your shipping options.


U.S. Orders

Free Shipping on U.S. orders totaling $100 or more!*

*The product total must be equal to or greater than $100 (excludes tax and shipping). This offer is valid for any customer order with a United States shipping address (includes U.S. Territories). Please select the Free Shipping option at checkout. Not valid on Wholesale or Distributor orders.

  • All orders to a United States shipping address (includes all 50 states plus U.S. Territories) will ship as soon as possible. Please allow at least 2 business days for processing. Orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail, depending upon the weight of the shipment or shipping upgrade selected.
  • We are not responsible for any shipping delays, damage, loss, or theft. If you believe your package has been stolen, please file a police report and contact the Postmaster General at https://postalinspectors.uspis.gov/contactus/filecomplaint.aspx
  • Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. If you wish to receive your package by a certain date, please contact us at sales@dollylocks.com to determine estimated arrival before placing an order.

Damaged & Missing Shipments

If you have received a damaged box or item please email us clear photos at sales@dollylocks.com as soon as possible.

If you have not received your package please check the tracking number and contact your local post office for further details.
If your package was marked delivered but you have not received it, and you need further assistance after contacting your post office, you have 7 days from the receipt of the Delivery Confirmation email to contact us.
If your package is not showing tracking updates, please contact us after 14 days but no more than 30 days from the date of your Shipping Confirmation email.

If a package is returned to us due to insufficient address, undeliverable as addressed, or for any other reason, we will refund the cost of the product only. The customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs involved with reshipment if desired.
