Feeling a little down lately?
Here are 3 things that can help you to feel more calm and at peace everyday.
Make these a practice to bring more joy and abundance!
- When you get up in the morning take some time before you get out of bed or jump on the phone to check in with yourself. 3-5 minutes of just calm breathing will ground you and help you find your center.
- Remember you decide what kind of day it will be, decide it will be a good day and then instead of saying “I have to do this and that” say “I get to do this and that”. Not everyone has the chance to work, play or even wake up at all. Each day is a gift that is why it is called the “present”.
- Think of 3 things you are grateful for, 3 blessings in your life. When we are grateful for what we have, the Universe gives us more. Have an attitude of abundance and not lack and more abundance will be given.
