Dollylocks Organic Products began in 2010 in sunny St. Petersburg, FL, founded by Alin Leslie, a licensed cosmetologist with over 30 years of experience specializing in dreadlocks, extensions, and hair education. From the start, the Dollylocks product line has been handcrafted in small batches, using only the highest quality raw ingredients, reflecting Alin's passion for both hair and sustainability.

Alin's journey started in the late 90s in New York City, where she worked alongside her mentor Sonia Peterson, founder of Hair Police. It was during this time that her fascination with dreadlocks deepened, leading her to develop the first Professional Organic Dreadlocking System. Inspired by her experiences, Alin envisioned a product line that aligned with her values of natural living, sustainable practices, and professional excellence. This vision came to life with Dollylocks Organic Products, crafted specifically to support the creation, maintenance, and aftercare of dreadlocks.
