The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy:
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will reach out to you via email or phone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer various shipping options, including standard and expedited services. Delivery times may vary depending on the selected shipping method and destination.
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
Dollylocks.com ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Return Policy
We strive to provide our customers with the best products and services. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return an item. Certain items are non-returnable, including gift cards and hair care items that have been opened or used.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Please include a receipt or proof of purchase along with your return.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are noticeably defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please contact us at sales@dollylocks.com for further instructions.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, with no exceptions. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final and cannot be returned or refunded.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Dollylocks.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping, including tariffs and taxes, are the customer’s responsibility.
Damages
Dollylocks.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost after shipment. Once your order leaves the warehouse, the shipping carrier is responsible. If you receive your order in a damaged condition, please contact the shipping carrier’s support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
