Ohio-born and a dreamer since childhood, Matt Kress has always had a passion for art. After studying at Kent State University, he moved to Florida and began creating large-scale artwork and murals in 2015. Since then, Matt has completed over 30 murals across the United States and produced hundreds of original canvas artworks.

Matt draws inspiration from the masters, often visiting art museums to study the works of Gustav Klimt, Salvador Dalí, Picasso, and the Impressionists. His unique style shines in “dreamy, surreal, mermaid-like creations,” making Beach Bae the perfect fit for his artistic vision. “I’m honored to be a part of the Dollylocks brand,” Matt shares.
